Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and intellectually curious fresh law graduate to join our HR team for handling Compliance and Legal Affairs. If you have completed an internship at a law firm, corporate legal department,



or compliance function and are eager to build a meaningful legal career in the tech industry, this role is desiged for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Legal Document Support
Assist in basic drafting and formatting of legal documents such as NDAs, contracts, MoUs, and agreements.
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and standard compliance under supervision.
Maintain organized records of legal documents and track key dates like renewals and expirations.
Coordinate contract workflows by liaising with internal teams to track approvals, revisions, and final execution of agreements.
Audit & Compliance Assistance
Assist in preparing compliance checklists and trackers for different departments.
Support internal audit activities by collecting data and organizing required documentation.
Help identify basic compliance gaps and follow up on action items.
Support the compliance function by managing statutory documentation,
