About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Data Reactivation Manager to manage performance marketing, lead generation, data segmentation, and reactivation initiatives. The role will be responsible for improving the entire customer funnel — from acquiring quality leads to converting dormant and existing leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:-

Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and cost optimization.
Work with creative and content teams on ad creatives, messaging and A/B testing.
Track campaign performance through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and dashboards.
Data Reactivation & Management
Own the lead reactivation strategy for dormant, unconverted and old lead databases.
Segment and prioritize leads based on source, age, engagement, course interest,



lead quality and previous interaction.
Build data-driven reactivation campaigns through CRM, WhatsApp, Email, SMS and calling journeys.
Identify high-potential lead cohorts and create targeted reactivation strategies.
Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, tagging and accurate lead segmentation.
Automate recurring data extraction, segmentation and reporting wherever possible.
Analytics & Growth
Analyze the complete funnel from Lead → Qualified Lead → Counselling → Enrollment.
Build and maintain dashboards for acquisition, reactivation and conversion metrics.
Identify gaps in lead quality, sales follow-up and conversion performance.
Conduct cohort analysis and A/B testing to improve conversion.
Work closely with Sales, CRM, Product and Marketing teams to improve overall revenue performance.
Generate actionable insights and present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership.
