Key Responsibilities
• Support marketing campaigns through reporting, analytics, performance measurement, and insights generation.
• Create customer segments, develop target lists, and execute audience selection strategies.




• Execute merge-purge activities to eliminate duplicate customer records, improve mailing accuracy, optimize campaign reach, and reduce production costs.
• Manage binding activities by linking customer, offer, product, and mailing data to create final production-ready files for catalog and direct mail execution
• Analyze campaign KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement metrics.
• Support end-to-end catalog production including audience selection, version planning, promotions, product mix planning, proofing, and print coordination.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Database Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Creative, Brand teams).
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analytics requests.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain data quality, customer databases, regulatory compliance, and SLA adherence.
