Role Description The Senior Engineer – Highways role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amaravati. This role involves leading the planning, design, and execution of highway and road infrastructure projects,



including reviewing detailed drawings, specifications, and design reports to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards. The senior engineer will oversee construction activities, monitor project progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site supervision, resolving technical issues, optimizing resources, preparing project documentation, and supporting timely approvals from relevant authorities. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, contributing to process improvements, and supporting on-time delivery of projects within budget.
Qualifications
