The Group Head / Account Director – Business Development & Client Servicing will be responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships, and leading end-to-end client servicing for Wizcraft’s experiential marketing business in the Gurgaon/NCR market.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to experiential marketing, brand activations, corporate events, conferences, launches, employee engagement, BTL,



MICE, or integrated brand experiences, with a proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive new business development for Wizcraft’s experiential marketing portfolio across Gurgaon/NCR and other markets as required.
Identify and pursue opportunities with large corporates, brands, agencies, institutions, and premium clients.
Build a solid pipeline through networking, referrals, industry relationships, existing connections, and strategic prospecting.
Develop relationships with senior marketing, brand, HR, corporate communications, procurement, and business stakeholders.
Identify opportunities across:
Brand activations
Corporate events
Product launches
Conferences and summits
Employee engagement
MICE
Experiential campaigns
Consumer experiences
Retail and on-ground activations
Entertainment-led brand
