Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
Wash and clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Assist the kitchen team with basic preparation and other support tasks.
Set up and clear dining tables before and after meals.




Serve food and beverages to guests during dining.
Attend to basic guest requirements during meal service in a polite and professional manner.
Replenish water, cutlery, crockery, napkins, and other dining supplies as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and common areas.
Assist with basic housekeeping duties when required, including tidying rooms/common areas and replenishing supplies.
Handle waste disposal and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
Support the overall hospitality team wherever required.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Requirements
Previous kitchen stewarding, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory
Robust understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
