About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable upskilling programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

This is a consultative sales role where robust communication, persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
* Understand students’ educational background, career goals, experience, and expectations.
* Counsel prospects on suitable programs such as Product Management, Data Analytics, Data Science & Generative AI, etc.
* Explain program curriculum, learning methodology, certifications, projects, career support, and other relevant offerings.
* Handle queries and objections related to fees,



EMI, course duration, career outcomes, and enrollment process.
* Conduct effective follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with interested prospects.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment/revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate lead and counselling information in the CRM.
* Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective learners.
* Coordinate with the academic, operations, and placement teams wherever required.
* Stay updated about CareerVeda programs, industry trends, and career opportunities.
