What We're Looking For
✔ 7–10 years of Real Estate Sales experience
✔ Strong Gurgaon/NCR market knowledge preferred
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Experience in team handling and leadership
✔ Strong channel partner network is an advantage
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
✔ Someone who is already performing beyond their current designation and is ready to become a Sales Head
