Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including calls, messages, and in-person interactions at the office or project sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with the design and project teams,



sharing proposals and updates, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries. The role involves maintaining and updating customer records, tracking project status, scheduling meetings and visits, and following up on payments and documentation. The Customer Relationship Executive will also support post-sales service, gather feedback, and contribute to improving overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Robust customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term trust.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional email and message writing.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities to explain services, support conversions, and assist with upselling or cross-selling interior solutions.
