About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive with strong experience in EdTech inside sales and student counseling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating admissions, managing sales leads, counseling prospective students, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into course enrollments.
Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable healthcare, clinical research, and IT programs.
Understand candidate requirements and recommend relevant courses.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to admission closure.
Achieve monthly sales, enrollment,



and revenue targets.
Follow up consistently with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Build robust relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in sales reviews and contribute to improving conversion rates.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in EdTech inside sales / student counseling.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Malayalam proficiency is highly preferred.
Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-site sales environment.
