* 4-6 years of experience in ZOHO Implementation Projects
Looking for Professionals with 4 years of experience in end to end Zoho Implementation experience with strong client management skills, experience in handling SMEs and Enterprise accounts, Managing support operations, leading cross-functional teams, working across multiple Zoho Products and stakeholder Management.
Own end to end Delivery of Zoho Implementation Projects.
Expertise in Zoho Multiple Applications such as Zoho One, CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, Projects, Analytics and Inventory.
Ensure Solution Design aligns with client business processes.
Strong Client Management
Agile/Scrum project Delivery
Experience in Managing SMEs and Enterprise Accounts
Track Project budgets, effort estimates and billing milestones.
Drive renewals, upselling opportunities and long term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, pre sales, Development,



QA and support.
Identifying right potential, training and development of internal team members.
Zoho Sales Manager
4-6 years of experience only in Zoho Sales
