Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and build a strong sales pipeline for Bridge CRM’s AI-native solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, delivering product presentations and demos, and nurturing relationships from initial contact through closure and onboarding. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing proposals and commercial quotes, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales and growth targets. The executive will continuously gather feedback from clients to inform product improvements and strengthen long-term account relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outbound sales activities including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
