Libra is an agentic WorkOS. You describe a task in plain English and Libra spins up an autonomous agent that owns the workflow end to end: briefing you before meetings, writing up decisions and action items live, chasing tickets stuck in review, drafting the deck, answering questions grounded in your company's own data. It connects to 250+ tools teams already use, including Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, Drive, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
We're early: The sales motion is being built right now, and you'll be building it with the founders rather than watching it happen.

The role
This is not a shadowing internship. You will own the top of our funnel: finding the right companies, finding the right people inside them, and getting them to reply.
Most of your first month is research and list building,



because outbound that works starts with knowing exactly who you are writing to and why now. After that you'll be writing and sending your own outreach, sitting in on discovery calls, and telling us what the data says about which messages land.
You'll work directly with the GTM lead. There is no layer between you and the person making the decisions.

What you'll do
Build and enrich named-account lists for [target segment], including finding decision makers, verifying emails, and spotting trigger events worth writing about
Research accounts properly: what they use, what they just announced, who just joined, what they are likely struggling with
Write and send cold email and LinkedIn outreach under supervision at first, then on your own
Keep the CRM and sequencing tools accurate. If the data is wrong, nothing downstream works.
Sit in on discovery and demo calls, take notes, and write the follow-up
