Role Description The Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing and continuously improving quality management across laboratory and site testing operations. This role includes developing,



implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures in alignment with international testing standards, project specifications, and company policies. The Quality Manager will coordinate with engineering, laboratory, and site teams to plan and monitor tests, review documentation, resolve non-conformities, and ensure accurate reporting of test results. Daily responsibilities involve conducting internal audits, supervising calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, training team members on quality protocols, and supporting client inspections and technical reviews. The role also includes contributing to health, safety, and environmental compliance and supporting process optimization to enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
