The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the process development within the team. This role involves detailed analysis, content development, and coordination to ensure high-quality, compliant,



and competitive proposals that meet client and organizational requirements.

We will count on you to:
Support the end-to-end process development, including content creation, review, and submission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and legal team to gather and validate clients’ information.
Analyze Health & Welfare domain requirements and ensure compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
Develop and maintain content, templates, and standard responses to improve efficiency and consistency.
Conduct quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Assist in managing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Provide insights and recommendations based on win/loss analysis and feedback.
Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
Lead a process that includes planning, content development, review, and timely submission.
