Role Overview

This role is designed for a strategic analytical thinker who will drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and financial performance management within our rapid-growing Forex and Fintech ecosystem.



You will serve as a critical bridge between finance and business operations, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that unlock growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 AOP & Rolling Forecasts: Lead the preparation and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Category Business Units and strategic lines. Drive rolling forecast cycles by analyzing historical trends and strategic priorities.

 Performance Management: Monitor and analyze P&L; performance, ensuring detailed breakdowns of revenue, cost, and margin performance across business lines and geographies.

 Business Partnering: Act as a financial partner to Vertical Heads and business leadership to identify financial levers for growth and profitability.
