Own Zeko AI’s brand consistency, content strategy, and market positioning by getting the best out of a network of specialist agencies (content, SEO, social media, PR, design). The core of this role is setting the brief, holding the quality bar, and making sure everything that goes out is on-brand, on- strategy, and on-time, while staying hands-on enough to step in and execute directly whenever that’s what the moment calls for.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Positioning Ownership
Own brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across every marketing touchpoint:
sales decks, brochures, website, social, campaigns
Catch and resolve inconsistencies across assets (mismatched claims, off-brand tone, inconsistent
visuals) before they reach a customer
Keep positioning and messaging sharp and aligned with how our target buyers actually evaluate
vendors
2. Agency Management
Manage relationships with content, SEO, social media, PR, and design agencies end to end: briefing, timelines, and quality control
Review and approve agency-produced blogs, social content,



and SEO deliverables before anything
goes live, holding agencies to Zeko’s brand and quality standards
Judge whether an agency is actually delivering results (traffic, engagement, rankings, coverage) and course-correct, renegotiate, or replace when they aren’t
Be the single point of accountability for everything that moves through an agency
3. Content Oversight
Own the content calendar across blog, social, case studies, and campaigns
Personally handle high-stakes writing when it matters: executive thought leadership, key
announcements, sensitive positioning calls
Make the final call on tone, structure, and messaging for agency-drafted content
4. SEO & Social Media Direction
Bring enough working knowledge of SEO (keywords, on-page basics, what valuable looks like) and social media (platforms, formats, what drives engagement) to brief agencies well, judge their output, and step in directly when needed
