About the Role
As a Manager in Ditto’s Founder’s Office, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve internal operations,



elevate customer experience, and solve business bottlenecks. This is a high-impact generalist role, ideal for someone who can take initiative, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive outcomes independently.

What You’ll Do
You'll own organic marketing growth for Ditto end-to-end — SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and other organic marketing channels, not limited to these. You'll shape how Ditto is discovered, ranked, and cited — across traditional search and the rapid-growing world of AI-generated answers (Google AIO, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot).
Some examples of what you might own:
Technical SEO — site health, crawlability, on-page structure across Ditto's content and product pages.
On-page and off-page SEO — content optimization, internal linking, backlinks, and domain authority building.
GEO — improving Ditto's visibility, citations, and mentions across AI-generated responses
