Role Overview

We're hiring a Communication Lead to own how Agrim sounds and communicates — everywhere. This role sits

across functions: marketing campaigns, product and app messaging, internal and leadership communication,

partner/vendor-facing content, and external communication such as PR and social. You'll set a single, consistent

voice for the company and be the person every team comes to when something needs to be written, positioned,

or said Well.

This is a hands-on content role, not a pure strategy seat — you'll write, edit, and ship content yourself.





Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Content Standards
Define and document Agrim's tone of voice, messaging pillars, and content standards across all

channels

Act as the final quality check on any external-facing content .
Build reusable templates and guidelines so category, marketing, and product teams can create

content consistently without bottlenecking through you

Marketing Content
Own copy and content for marketing campaigns across push, in-app, WhatsApp/SMS, and paid

channels, working closely with the growth and retention team

Partner with category teams to ensure campaign messaging reflects category and seasonal context

accurately

Product & App Communication
Own in-app messaging, notification copy, and onboarding content in coordination with product

and growth

External Communication
Own PR, social, and any public-facing brand content, building relationships with media where
