To represent Saint-Gobain Gyproc in skill development initiatives and collaborate with government bodies, skill development agencies, industry partners, training institutions, and other stakeholders to drive workforce capability development. The role is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of training programs, adherence to partnership agreements, quality standards, and industry-relevant skill enhancement initiatives that support the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

Serve as the primary representative of Saint-Gobain Gyproc for all skill development initiatives.
Coordinate and work closely with skill development partners, training providers, NSDC, CSDCI, State Skill Missions, ITIs, and other government or industry bodies.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of skill development programs.
Facilitate collaboration among industry, training institutions, government agencies, and implementation partners.

Program Implementation & Support





Understand the operational and infrastructure requirements of skill development partners and facilitate organizational support wherever required.
Coordinate the provision of training materials, plasterboards, tools, equipment, and other resources necessary for skill development programs.
Support implementation of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programs in collaboration with government and skill development agencies.
Promote skill development initiatives and increase awareness of industry-recognized training programs.

Governance, Compliance & Partnership Management

Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) signed with skill development partners.
Safeguard the interests of Saint-Gobain Gyproc by ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
