About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in B2B sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and business development.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, and converting qualified prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, databases, online research, and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company and its solutions.
Connect with business owners, managers, CXOs, and other decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, and value proposition clearly.




Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, and potential.
Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with qualified prospects.
Follow up consistently with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Handle initial customer objections and basic negotiations professionally.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer information.
Work closely with the sales team to move qualified leads through the sales process.
Achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting, and sales targets.
Maintain daily activity reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with prospective customers.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong confidence while speaking with senior-level decision-makers.
