BridgeUp is a Mumbai-based fintech company that is a tech provider for banks and NBFCs. We're looking for a final-year law student to work directly with the founders on regulatory and certification work as the company scales.

What you'll work on:
Assisting founders directly with regulatory filings, applications, and compliance documentation
Supporting certification and process-documentation work as BridgeUp formalises internal governance and information security frameworks
Contract review, drafting, and legal research across commercial agreements
Exposure to fintech regulatory matters, corporate compliance, and startup legal operations

Who we're looking for:
Final-year law student (or recently graduated), available for immediate joining
Prior internship experience at a law firm preferred
Strong drafting, research, and attention-to-detail skills
Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment




Must be able to commit to full time, in-office hours for the duration
