Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop detailed construction documents for various project types, including Stormwater Design, Subdivisions, Commercial Site layouts, Preliminary Plats, SWPPP, Grading, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Systems.
Utilize Civil 3D and other analysis/modelling software’s for design tasks including designing site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities,



surface modelling, and analysis.
Organize and execute the preparation of base drawings, plans, and exhibits using CAD.
Take ownership of land development projects, overseeing aspects such as master-planned communities, residential and industrial developments, and mixed-use retail projects.
Perform quality control (QA/QC) of models and sheet files to ensure compliance with standards.
Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project success.
Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement current technologies or methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and enforce engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes across projects.

Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in civil
