Maintenance Engineer, Ranjangaon – Your future Position?
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Maintenance /Reliability Engineer to maximize daily equipment availability and ensure the continuous operation of our production facility. In this role, you will be the first responder to critical breakdowns, execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans,



and supervise the troubleshooting efforts of technicians and local contractors, You shall have experience of handling team of technician and contractors.

In this role you will focus on:
Engineering KPI analysis – Monitor Engineering KPI focusing on performance , cost and services though tableau and BI reports ,analysis the gap and derive correction action though PDCA / RCA .
Execute Maintenance Plan: Perform and supervise planned preventive maintenance (PM) across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Ensure adherence with full-fledged comprised PM module of SAP and MRS. Ensure best utilisation of resources.
Rapid Fault Breakdown Response: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix live machinery issues rapidly under high pressure to minimize factory floor downtime.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead exhaustive structural investigations into major, repeating asset
