Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Representative will identify and engage prospective customers, explain Cryovault’s stem cell banking services, and guide families through the decision-making and enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations; building relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners; and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions.



The role also involves following up on inquiries, providing timely information, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and meeting assigned sales targets while ensuring a customer-centric and ethical approach.
Qualifications
Solid sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical and technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
Customer service orientation, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach to guiding families through decisions.
Basic understanding of healthcare or life sciences domains, preferably with exposure to medical, biotechnology, or stem cell banking services.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software to manage leads, track activities, and prepare reports.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
