Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer and Lead to design and build scalable backend systems, data platforms, and governance capabilities. The role involves working across distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, metadata management, data governance,



and cross-platform integrations while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and build scalable services for metadata management, data classification, and data lineage.
Develop policy-as-code frameworks for automated and fine-grained data access control.
Build and maintain backend systems using Java, Go, or similar programming languages.
Develop automation and platform capabilities beyond one-off data pipelines.
Build integrations across streaming platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes.
Implement automated workflows for data access, auditability, and compliance.
Enable data discovery and enrichment through standardized metadata and ownership.
Integrate data quality and observability signals into governance systems.
Develop APIs and self-service capabilities to improve developer and user experience.
