About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps professional to create CI/CD pipelines, standardize branching, packaging, environment management, reduce release risk, and own release execution end to end.

What You'll Do:

Create CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to validate, test, deploy, and monitor releases.
Standardizing branching, packaging, and environment management across teams.
Reduce release risk through automation, quality gates, and DevSecOps controls.
Own release execution end to end and continuously improve delivery metrics.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong experience in Salesforce Platform, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
Good understanding of branching strategies, packaging models, environment governance, and release quality controls.
Ability to collaborate with Salesforce development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
