Founded on real-world experience from automating its own operations, OTMOS currently serves small and medium enterprises with 20–500 employees in the Mumbai region, with plans to expand to Pune in 2027. The organization is focused on making manual work visible, then systematically removing it to upgrade both roles and people.
Role Description The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives and client acquisition in a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on target industries and prospects, assisting in lead generation activities, and updating CRM or tracking tools with accurate information. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and reports, and may participate in client calls, meetings, or follow-ups under guidance from senior team members. Collaboration with the operations and product teams to understand service offerings and translate them into transparent, business-focused messaging will be an important part of the role. The position offers exposure to B2B sales, automation consulting, and SME business operations, with mentorship and learning opportunities in business development practices.
