About the Role
We're looking for an Associate HRBP to support our HR business partnering function across a fast-paced, engineer-heavy workforce. You'll work closely with senior HRBPs and business leaders on the full employee lifecycle,



performance processes, employee relations, and workforce productivity. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their HRBP journey who wants hands-on exposure to strategic, data-driven HR in a high-growth AI environment.

What You'll Do
Support end-to-end HRBP operations across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance cycles, and offboarding.
Assist in performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and coordinating PIP follow-through.
Handle employee queries and first-level employee relations matters with confidentiality and sound judgment, escalating where needed.
Partner with senior HRBPs to translate business needs into people actions across assigned teams.
Contribute to workforce productivity and utilization tracking, helping surface trends and prepare data for optimization discussions.
