Is a graduate of a reputed law school.
Has at least 1 year of post-qualification experience preferably in banking, finance or a related practice.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of banking and finance transactions, documentation and applicable regulatory requirements.
Possesses robust drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across team.
Is detail-oriented, solution-driven and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
