About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of three distinct brands within the ISIM Group:
Indian School of Image Management (ISIM) – Education & Professional Training
The Image Products – E-commerce
Sonia Dewan – Personal Brand & Content Creator

This is not a traditional social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands content, platforms, audiences and digital culture and can turn ideas into engaging social media content that builds brands and drives measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable planning a content calendar, writing a strong reel hook, coordinating content production, publishing posts, engaging with communities and analysing what is working.
Your Key Responsibility
You will own the day-to-day social media management and content execution for all three brands,



while adapting the content strategy and communication style to suit each brand.
1. Sonia Dewan – Founder Personal Brand & Creator
Build Sonia's presence as a leading voice in Image Management, Personal Branding, Professional Presence and Soft Skills.
Develop and execute Sonia's social media content calendar.
Convert Sonia's expertise, opinions and experiences into engaging social content.
Identify opportunities for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories and thought-leadership content.
Develop strong hooks, captions and content concepts.
Stay updated with relevant social media trends and identify which trends can authentically fit Sonia's personal brand.
Coordinate with the video/content team for shooting and production.
Build community through comments, conversations, DMs and audience engagement.
Track content performance and continuously improve the content strategy.
Help grow Sonia from an expert-led brand into a strong creator
