Job Title: Export Manager (Sales)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field, with proven exposure to international sales and business development of Antiseptic and Disinfectant product portfolios.

Experience: 4-6 Years with having Antiseptic & Disinfectant International Sales only

The Role:

The Export Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the company’s export operations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and achievement of export sales targets. The role involves expanding international markets, managing logistics and documentation,



and building solid relationships with overseas customers and partners.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies to grow international sales and market presence
Identify and develop new export markets, distributors, and customers
Manage end-to-end export operations, including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies
Prepare and review export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams
Monitor export sales performance, pricing, and profitability
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract management for export clients
Manage foreign currency transactions, letters of credit, and payment terms
Track market trends, competitor activity, and regul
