Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern trade merchandising, FMCG, or retail, and will be responsible for promoting our products, building relationships with retailers, and ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales in assigned retail outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement and inventory levels.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and initiatives.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.





Qualifications

Any 12th pass.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade Merchandising, FMCG, or Retail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills

Positive rapport-building and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and willingness to travel.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
