Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in driving revenue and building customer relationships for Harold Electricals’ lighting products. This full-time, on-site role is based in West Delhi and involves assisting with showroom visits, explaining product features and advantages, and guiding customers through the selection and purchase process. The intern will help manage inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning the product range, supporting basic sales presentations, coordinating with internal teams for order processing,



and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role offers practical exposure to sales operations in the electrical and lighting industry and opportunities to learn from experienced sales professionals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing opportunities.
Candidates should possess an interest or aptitude in Training, including the ability to learn product details quickly and share information clearly with customers.
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about electrical and lighting products is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, with a professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records
