Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) – Pune & Bangalore role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. In this role, the BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end lead generation activities. The BDE will conduct market research, engage prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations, and convert qualified leads into customers for Calxmap’s expert marketplace solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting assigned sales and growth targets for the Pune and Bangalore regions. The role also involves representing Calxmap at relevant events and continuously gathering feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of business and market dynamics, including experience in identifying opportunities and developing growth strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in account management, including handling client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing support.
