THE ROLE:
This is not a desk job.

This is an on-ground role.
We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a brand from the ground up (quite literally). Someone who is curious, energetic, resourceful, and excited by the idea of figuring things out as they go.
You’ll learn by doing. You’ll be out there talking to people, solving problems,



getting your hands dirty, trying things, making mistakes, and making things happen.
There won’t always be a playbook. In fact, you’ll probably help create the playbook.
If you’re someone who:
Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
Enjoys being on the ground and making things happen
Is comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
Wants to understand how a brand is actually built
Has the energy to hustle, experiment, and get things done
Strong interest in FMCG, consumer behaviour, and market research.

We’re looking for attitude, curiosity, and a bias for action. Experience is outstanding, but the willingness to learn and get things done matters more.
