About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Support Fresher to join our technical team. You'll help monitor and maintain Linux-based servers, troubleshoot website and hosting issues, manage DNS and SSL configurations, and support day-to-day technical requests from clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and web hosting who is eager to learn and grow into a stronger technical role.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers
Monitor server health: performance, disk space, memory, CPU, and uptime




Troubleshoot server, website, hosting, and connectivity issues
Handle basic DNS configuration and troubleshooting (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS records)
Support domain, SSL certificate, and HTTPS-related issues
Assist with website and application deployments and routine maintenance
Manage server access via SSH/PuTTY and file transfers via SFTP/FTP
Perform basic server log analysis to identify common errors
Support routine backups and restorations
Carry out basic security checks and follow server security best practices
Troubleshoot common HTTP/HTTPS errors (404, 403, 500, 502)
Assist with basic email troubleshooting (SMTP, IMAP, POP3)
Manage technical support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
Communicate clearly with clients and users on technical matters
