Role Description This is a full-time, in office Certified Personal Trainer role based in Gurgaon. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized fitness programs, conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions, and lead circuit training or sports-focused workouts as needed. The role includes assessing client fitness levels, setting achievable goals,



monitoring progress, and providing ongoing motivation and feedback. The trainer will educate clients on safe exercise techniques, basic nutrition principles, and healthy lifestyle habits while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client care. Collaboration with the broader Health & Wellness team to support events, workshops, and special projects may also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to plan and adapt workouts to diverse client needs.
Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to deliver varied, goal-oriented training programs.
Knowledge of Nutrition fundamentals to guide clients in aligning fitness goals with healthy eating habits.
Recognized certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited body (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA or equivalent).
