Duration: 3–6 months (Stipend = 15K)
Eligibility: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Comm, Film, Media, or related field
Reports to: Video Head (Manish)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
 Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
 Cut and repurpose long-form masterclass recordings into short social clips
 Add captions, motion text, transitions, and basic colour grading to videos
 Assist senior editors with longer-format production ads
 Maintain organised project files and export videos in correct formats for each platform
 Stay on top of trending video formats and reels styles — bring references proactively

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (CapCut knowledge is a plus for quick edits)
 A showreel or portfolio of edited videos — even personal projects or college work
 Good eye for pacing, timing, and storytelling in short-form video
 Understands what makes a reel hook-worthy in the first 3 seconds
 Bonus: basic motion graphics or After Effects knowledge
 Rapid turnaround — video production moves quickly here and you'll need to keep up
