The Position:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory and logistics operations, including stockroom activities, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment,



materials handling, and inventory control. The role ensures the accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and shipment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Unpacks and inspects goods received against purchase orders, repair orders, or invoices
Inspects incoming materials for hidden damage, quality, and conformity
Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
Processes quarantined parts and processes per established guidelines
Prepares and maintains records of goods shipped.
Perform Cycle Counts.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Positive math skills.
Good organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to operate a computer and utilize the MS Office
