Job Summary

We are hiring an Institutional Outreach Coordinator to connect with schools and colleges for workshops and training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with institutions, and the ability to manage coordination and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities
- Contact schools and colleges for workshops and training programs.
- Coordinate and schedule sessions with institutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with schools and colleges.
- Follow up with institutions and confirm schedules.
- Coordinate with trainers for the smooth execution of sessions.
- Handle calls, emails, and day-to-day institutional communication.




- Maintain proper records of conversations, schedules, and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and professional attitude.
- Solid coordination and organizational skills.
- Confident in handling calls and follow-ups.
- Graduate in any stream.
