Your impact

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Testing Associate to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, with strong expertise in Playwright using .NET, along with exposure to RPA tools and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing, automation development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Test Planning & Strategy

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define robust test strategies.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases,



and test scenarios covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure alignment of QA activities with project timelines and delivery goals.

Manual Testing

Execute manual test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT.
Document and track defects using standard defect management tools.

Automation Testing

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
Build and execute automated test scripts for UI and end-to-end testing.
Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Analyze test results, debug failures, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.

Technical Proficiency

Demonstrate flexibility in adopting recent tools and technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient automation scripts using C#/.NET.
