Key Responsibilities
Own the GTM strategy for the Study Abroad category from market research to launch and growth.
Develop brand positioning, messaging, value proposition, and communication strategy.
Understand students, parents, universities, counsellors, competitors, and market trends.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and differentiation.
Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, partnerships, and events.
Create the category's brand narrative across the customer journey.
Work closely with content, performance marketing, creative, admissions, and business teams.
Identify new growth and customer acquisition channels.
Track brand/campaign performance and use data and customer insights to improve strategy.
Build partnerships with education brands, creators, communities, institutions, and ecosystem players.




Own the brand journey from 0→1 and subsequently scale it.
Candidate Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, GTM, Category Marketing, or Strategy.
Strong understanding of brand building and GTM strategy.
Experience in Education / EdTech / Study Abroad / Higher Education preferred.
Proven experience taking a product/category from concept → launch → scale.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, especially students and parents.
Strategic thinker who is also hands-on with execution.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect brand initiatives to business outcomes.
