Role Description The Pre-sales Intern will support the sales and admissions team by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and explaining how Crio.Do’s programs can help meet their career goals. This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves conducting product walkthroughs, answering queries via calls, emails, and chats, and assisting in guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The intern will help qualify leads,



maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospective learners. Day-to-day activities also include sharing program information, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to continuous improvement of the pre-sales process.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and stakeholders.
Sales and Sales Management abilities to qualify leads, support conversions, and follow structured pre-sales processes.
Training-related skills to clearly explain program offerings, learning methodology, and outcomes to potential participants.
Comfort using CRM or lead management tools, and basic proficiency with office productivity software.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a rapid-paced environment, with high attention to detail and accountability.
