TargetAds is expanding, and we are looking for a driven, resourceful, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team for a 2-month remote contract.

If you know how to build a pipeline, navigate conversations, handle objections like a pro, and close deals, we want to talk to you

? Location: Kolkata ONLY (Strict Requirement)
? Work Mode: 100% Remote & Flexible schedule
⏳ Duration: 2-Month Contract

What you will be doing:
? Lead Generation & Data Scraping: Independently sourcing, scraping relevant contact data, and building your own robust sales pipeline.
? Reaching out to potential B2B/B2C clients and nurturing leads.
? Handling objections smoothly and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
? Pitching our digital marketing and retention services effectively.

Who we are looking for:

✅ Highly resourceful and capable of scraping/hunting for lead data on your own.
✅ Must be highly fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
✅ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.




✅ Strong at objection-handling and negotiation.

⭐ Bonus: Previous sales experience, especially in selling digital marketing services, is a massive plus

? Performance Retainer: ₹6,000/month (unlocked upon closing a minimum of 1 sale per month).
