This role involves supporting mission-critical applications, troubleshooting production issues, providing L2/L3 support, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Perform analysis, debugging, and resolution of complex technical issues in a 24/7 production workplace (if applicable).
• Work closely with development teams to identify root causes and drive permanent fixes.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services.
• Support deployments and operational activities on OpenShift including pod debugging, log tracing, and service monitoring.
• Handle data-related activities involving PostgreSQL databases, including writing queries, optimization, and troubles
