Position : Assistant Manager Operations
Department : Commercials
Reporting To : HOD
Location : Kochi, Kerala (Travel across Kerala as required)

Job Purpose

The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company's operational activities across multiple locations. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, developing teams, and delivering exceptional service while supporting the organization's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Lead end-to-end operations across all assigned facilities and business units.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Standardize operational processes across all locations.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers, Coordinators, and Supervisors.
• Build a high-performance operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability.




Performance Management
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Review operational performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Cost & Resource Management
• Optimize manpower utilization and operational productivity.
• Control operational expenses and improve profitability.
• Monitor fleet, equipment, and infrastructure utilization.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and environmental regulations.
• Maintain workplace safety standards and SOP compliance.
• Conduct operational audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure customer and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal teams.
• Support current project mobilization
