Role Description The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property searches, site visits, and price negotiations. The Real Estate Specialist will manage client inquiries, maintain property listings, coordinate with property owners, and support documentation and closing processes. The role also includes staying informed about local market trends,



ensuring accurate property information, and maintaining strong skilled relationships to drive sustainable sales growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local market trends and property regulations.
Experience in Sales and Real Estate Development, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing transactions.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple property cases, and maintain organized records and documentation.
