OUTCAST is a contemporary women’s fashion brand focused on trend-led western wear and statement styles. We are looking for a creative, proactive and disciplined Social Media Intern who is passionate about fashion, content creation, Instagram and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media
* Assist in creating content for Instagram, including Reels, Stories and posts.
* Generate creative content ideas based on fashion and social media trends.
* Write engaging captions, hooks and basic social media copy.
* Assist in maintaining and executing the social media content calendar.
* Support product launches, collection launches and promotional campaigns.
2. Basic Editing & Designing
* Create basic creatives using Canva.
* Edit short-form videos/Reels using mobile editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot or similar.
* Handle basic video editing, cuts, transitions, text,
music and trending formats.
* Convert raw photos/videos into engaging social media content.
3. Influencer Marketing & PR
* Research relevant fashion, lifestyle and beauty influencers.
* Reach out to influencers for gifting, collaborations and paid campaigns.
* Coordinate with influencers regarding products, briefs, timelines and deliverables.
* Follow up with influencers and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
* Maintain influencer databases and track collaborations.
* Assist with PR outreach and brand collaborations.
4. Trend & Competitor Research
* Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral Reels, trending audio, memes and content formats.
* Identify trends relevant to OUTCAST and suggest ways to adapt them for the brand.
* Monitor competitor social media activities and content strategies.
* Proactively bring recent content ideas to the team.
