You’ll issue Certificates of Insurance for US clients through CSR24.



You’ll work to policy terms and contract wording. The role needs care, pace, and clear communication. You’ll handle new requests, renewals, and amendments. You’ll also work US hours, including evening and night shifts.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
You’ll process certificate requests in CSR24 and make sure each one lines up with the insurance contract and policy terms. You’ll follow SOPs on every request, whether it’s a current certificate, a renewal, or an amendment.
You’ll also keep in touch with onshore Client Service Managers by email when you need clarification or approval. Before anything goes out, you’ll complete quality checks so the final certificate is accurate and matches client insurance needs.
You’ll help keep work moving through busy periods, meet deadlines, and manage high volumes without losing focus on detail. Because this role supports US clients, you’ll need to be comfortable working US
